My name is Shelly Manly and I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1990. I began my career in Grinnell, Iowa and worked for my mother and sister's local office. I received my broker's license in 2004, and purchased the business in 2005. I sold the business in 2015 and worked for the new owners for a short time. Before moving to the Iowa Great Lakes I made a big career change and became a licensed home mortgage consultant for a short time.

My love for representing buyers and sellers led me back to my career in real estate here in this area. The uniqueness and beauty of this special place in our state made it an easy decision to put my years of experience back to work in helping others through the important process of buying or selling their home.

My huband Mike and I each have 2 grown children and 1 grandchild that we love to spoil. We love boating on the lakes and enjoy everything that this beautiful place has to offer. My husband Mike is one of the captain's of the Queen II at Arnold's Park, so I really enjoy sailing with him when I can!
